 This State-wide teen conference offers a lot of fun sessions to sharpen your leadership skills and meet teen from all over Ohio. February 6, 2009

4-H Week Ambassador

Help promote 4-H by reading to Kindergarten and Third Grade students during Ohio 4-H Week. February 13, 2009

4-H Camp Counselor

If you at least 14 years old, you can apply to be a camp counselor for 4-H Camp. February 13, 2009

Ohio 4-H Volunteer Conference

  4-H Volunteers can attend this state-wide conference and attend sessions to sharpen your skills and pickup a lot of new ideas for your club. February 13, 2009

4-H Washington-Focus Trip

Two Monroe County 4-H'ers will be chosen to represent Monroe County at the Citizenship Washington-Focus trip. This conference is held at the National 4-H Center in Washington DC March 13, 2009
4-H Trip Awards  Take your pick from several experiences! Citizenship-Washington Focus, State Leadership Camp, Ohio 4-H Shooting Sports Camp, 4-H Space Camp or Ohio Forestry Camp. May 4, 2009
 John and Lois Baker Scholarship  Candidates must be a graduating senior, a graduated senior, and or have received certification (i.e. Swiss Hills Career Center) from Monroe Central High School. March 13, 2009
 MC Farm Bureau Scholarship  The Monroe County Farm Bureau awards 3 - $500 scholarships. Contact Barb Ackerman at 472-0253 for details. TBA
4-H College Scholarship  Are 4-H member and a high school senior planning to attend college in the fall? Then you should apply to recieve one of three $250 college scholarships from the Monroe County 4-H Endowment.

 Ohio State Fair Scholarship  The purpose of these scholarships is to assist high school seniors and graduates who are continuing their education at an accredited institution in an undergraduate course of study in any field. Applicants must have participated in the Ohio State Fair.  July 1, 2009
 Junior Fair Royalty Application Contestants for King and Queen must be between the ages of 14 & 19 as of January 1st of the current year. Prince and Princess contestants must be between the ages of 10 & 13 as of January 1st of the current year.  July 17, 2009
 MC Community Service Award Application All current Monroe County 4-H Clubs are eligible to apply. The community service project must be completed by the deadline. Funding for the Community Service Award is made possible by the Monroe County 4-H Endowment. Two $50 awards will be selected by random drawing.  August 31, 2009
 MC Personal Development Scholarship Scholarship for Monroe County 4-H Alumni to help with college classes or continuing education.  August 31, 2009
Project Excellence Award  The Project Excellence Award provides recognition for excellence in you project, club and county work.
